Mosmi Shah – Owner
Mosmi is the proud owner of Prime IV Reston and is passionate about bringing high-quality vitamin infusion therapy to the Reston community and surrounding areas. With a strong executive background and a personal commitment to health and wellness, she is dedicated to creating a spa experience centered on clean execution, safety, and meaningful wellness results. Outside of Prime IV, Mosmi is a devoted wife and mom to two energetic toddlers, and she brings the same care, compassion, and attention to detail from her personal life into the way she serves her customers and leads her team.
Dhaval Shah – Co-Owner
Dhaval Shah is the co-owner of Prime IV Hydration & Wellness in Reston, VA, bringing nearly two decades of executive leadership and a passion for exceptional customer experiences to the wellness space. After a successful career leading digital transformation for global organizations, he co-founded Prime IV Reston to offer a modern, science-based approach to hydration and preventative health. A proud husband and father of two, Dhaval is committed to serving the Northern Virginia community and ensuring every guest receives high-quality, personalized care to help them feel and perform at their best.
Mark Ramirez, RN – Registered Nurse
Mark is a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse and a proud veteran, with a strong background in operating room care, travel nursing, pain management, rheumatology, and infusion therapy. He’s known for his gentle IV skills, patient advocacy, and dedication to whole-body wellness, including nutrition and weight management. Mark also received a special commendation for performing a critical blood infusion on a difficult-access patient during an emergency reflecting the calm expertise and steady leadership he brings to every client at Prime IV Reston.
Marcus Tipton, RN – Registered Nurse
Marcus is an experience and knowledgeable Registered Nurse who has proudly called the DMV home for the past decade. With a strong background in both pediatric and aesthetic medicine, he brings exceptional skill and a gentle touch to IV placement and patient care. Marcus is passionate about helping clients feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their wellness experience. Outside of Prime IV, he loves traveling, attending music festivals, and giving back to the community through volunteer work.
Ashley Inocencio – Nurse Assistant / EMT
Ashley Inocencio is a dedicated nursing student and certified EMT who brings her passion for preventative care to her role as a Nurse Assistant at Prime IV Reston. With active service in the Army, Ashley embodies commitment, discipline, and compassion qualities that shine through in the way she cares for our clients. She is deeply focused on learning and implementing wellness practices that support long-term health, and she takes pride in helping each guest feel comfortable, informed, and supported during their treatments. Outside of Prime IV, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying active, and continuing her education in the medical field.
